Lessons

In six units with 33 chapters, students will explore all subjects and issues related to racism, social justice, and human rights. Help them to learn from history and speak out against intolerance instead of being bystanders. (Below are sample chapters from each unit.)

Equity and Human Rights Calendar

Plan your lessons around Human Rights days and months. The links to applicable chapters can be found within these calendars.

Watch

Over 35 original short videos (3 to 8 minutes) with first-hand accounts by people who survived genocide, victims of discrimination or bullying, and human rights experts.

Also watch what KYLE LOWRY of the Toronto Raptors has to say about Human Rights.
